Qualifications

• Experience in community development or relevant leisure/community experience.
• Full, current driving licence.
• Willingness to travel across Birmingham.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with community organisations.
• Create and manage a community contact database.
• Identify opportunities for community activities within leisure centres.
• Book and coordinate activities with centre staff.
• Support organisations with established activities.
• Assist with member sign-ups and site tours.
• Identify and support grant funding applications.
• Contribute to the Sport & Community Engagement Plan.
• Support staff with community-related queries.
• Assist in advertising and promotion of activities.
