Job summary

SAY in the Hatherleigh area is recruiting to join our team delivering care-focused support across Devon. We are seeking individuals with a passion for helping others live full, independent lives, and who have a car (drivers preferred) for travel within the county.

The role involves supporting budgeting, cooking/nutrition, paperwork, and health and wellbeing, with no personal care or medication administration.

Qualifications

• Experience in care environment preferred.
• Must have access to a car for travel within Devon.
• Positive attitude and passion for supporting others to live independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide support with budgeting and finances, cooking and nutrition, and helping with correspondence and paperwork.
• Support health and wellbeing and daily living tasks as part of a dedicated team.
• Promote independence while ensuring a safe, respectful environment.

Here at SAY we are looking to recruit colleagues to join our team of dedicated enablers delivering quality support across Devon. This particular vacancy is in the Hatherleigh area.

We are looking for individual’s who have a passion for supporting others to live full and independent lives.

We do not provide personal care or administer medication, but we do provide prompts if necessary.

Hopefully you will have experience of working in a care environment and are a car driver with use of a car.

• Salary: £12.95 per hour
  You will be entitled to 6 weeks paid holiday.
