• Manage a caseload requiring complex dietetic intervention in different settings including Stroke Recovery Unit, care homes, clinics and patients' own homes.
• Provide dietetic assessment and intervention for nutrition support and general dietetics.
• Work as part of a team of dietitians and dietetic assistants.
• Maintain a patient-centred approach in line with Trust values.
