We are looking to recruit energetic, enthusiastic and reliable individuals to work with a team of healthcare assistants visiting patients at home to prepare and set up the patients peritoneal dialysis machine or to set up manual peritoneal dialysis. Patients receive at least one visit per day from one of the team, including on weekends and in the evenings. The working pattern includes regular weekend work and late shifts. Shifts are between 8 am and 10 pm on a rota basis. Full training will be given to the successful candidates, but renal experience is desirable.
We are a team of nurses caring for patients undergoing dialysis treatment at home. We teach patients how to do their own dialysis at home and then monitor and support the patient and their family at home.
We particularly welcome applications from people who identify as Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic, or Disabled, as we are striving to be better represented.
