Job summary

Club Doncaster Foundation is seeking a Community Coordinator for Inclusion in Doncaster. The role supports the Youth Engagement Manager to coordinate and deliver community inclusion programmes, including Premier League–aligned school provision. You will help develop provision, engage participants, and monitor impact.

The post emphasizes coordinating delivery across programmes, CPD activities, and inclusion initiatives, with a view to expanding reach and engagement in specified areas.

Qualifications

• To assist the Youth Engagement Manager to coordinate and deliver the community inclusion programme, specifically aligned to inclusion work on Premier League and school provision.
• Develop and deliver across our community programmes ensuring the reputation of our delivery is held in the highest regard through achieving agreed participation and retention rates.
• Coordinate project delivery including planning, marketing, monitoring and evaluating the impact of provision.
• Coordinate delivery of our CPD provision, inclusive of Premier League resources.
• Support with the delivery of inclusion programming, across our projects.
