A community healthcare provider in Trowbridge is seeking an experienced Complex Care Nurse to oversee clinical care plans, support healthcare assistants, and ensure high-quality care for clients with complex health needs. This full-time role offers a salary of £42,120 per annum, guaranteed hours, and extensive support for ongoing training. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years post-registration experience and skills in tracheostomy and ventilation management. Strong communication and leadership abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin.
• Minimum 2 years of post-registration experience within a complex care setting.
• Experience in paediatric complex care for children's caseloads.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for clients with complex needs.
• Develop, review, and implement individualised care plans.
• Deliver hands-on clinical support and training to support staff.
• Liaise with multidisciplinary teams including GPs and therapists.
• Monitor care quality to ensure compliance with governance policies.
