Qualifications
Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin.
Minimum 2 years of post-registration experience within a complex care setting.
Experience in paediatric complex care for children's caseloads.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for clients with complex needs.
Develop, review, and implement individualised care plans.
Deliver hands-on clinical support and training to support staff.
Liaise with multidisciplinary teams including GPs and therapists.
Monitor care quality to ensure compliance with governance policies.
