Qualifications

• A valid UK Driving Licence and vehicle is required due to travel across multiple community sites.
• Current safeguarding and first aid (or willing to update).
• Coaching qualification (e.g. NGB Level 2) and/or qualifications relevant to youth work and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in delivery, setting the standard for quality.
• Manage Community Coaches and provide mentoring.
• Ensure coaching practices reflect the Foundation’s values.
