Job summary

Hospiscare Group in East Devon invites applications for a Community Cluster Team Leader. The role leads a dedicated team delivering high-quality palliative care in the community, with strong clinical leadership and collaborative working across health and social care.

Salary: Band 7, starting from £49,387 per annum (pro rata)
