Qualifications

  • Registered Children's Nurse with evidence of ongoing professional development.
  • Experience caring for unwell children in community or hospital is preferred.
  • Ability to travel independently across Surrey.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver care in line with NMC Codes and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Provide specialist nursing care including tracheostomy care and symptom management.
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans.
