Are you a compassionate and motivated children's nurse looking to make a real difference in the lives of children and their families? We are seeking an enthusiastic children's nurse to join our dynamic team, providing high quality, family centred care in community settings.
You will provide care, support, education and advice to children and their families supporting a generic caseload, working within community and hospital setting.
In addition, you will receive a High-Cost Area Supplement of 5% of your basic salary, subject to a minimum payment of £1,258 and a maximum payment of £2,121 per annum pro rata.

The Community Children's Nurse will deliver specialist nursing interventions to children and young people with acute, chronic and complex health needs in a community setting including family homes, nurseries and schools.
To work collaboratively with families, hospital teams and other community services to provide holistic, person centred care.
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
Provide nursing care including respiratory, oncology, rheumatology, palliative and end of life care.
