Salary: Up to £26,000 per year (Guaranteed Contracted Salary)
Pay Model: Paid from the start of your shift to the end (NOT per call)
Contract: Full-time / Part-time (includes alternate weekends)
Location: East Devon & surrounding villages

This is a seasonal role to help clients through the festive period, but we’re actively seeking long‑term team members. After a successful 6‑month probation, you’ll transition to a guaranteed permanent contract.

Immediate Weekday Cover Required

We urgently need carers available for weekday shifts (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM) and alternate weekends. If you can commit to these times, we’d love to hear from you! Extra hours are also available via our Click to Care system.

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Community Carer, you’ll deliver essential, person‑centred care that promotes independence and dignity.

• Hands‑on support: personal care, medication, meal preparation, mobility assistance
• Companionship: emotional support and meaningful connection
• Documentation: accurate and confidential care records
• Travel: safely driving between client homes across East Devon
