You may support individuals with learning disabilities, complex care needs, mental health conditions, dementia, or assist elderly clients, making a meaningful difference with every shift.

What You\'ll Be Doing
  • Provide personal care and assist with nutritional needs.
  • Administer medication as required and in accordance with care plans.
  • Offer companionship to improve quality of life and ensure clients feel valued and cared for in their own homes.
  • Deliver all care in accordance with each client\'s individual care plan, tailored to their needs.
What We\'re Looking For
  • You must be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK.
  • A full UK driving licence is essential, with travel expenses covered up to 45p per mile.
  • Strong communication skills and a good standard of English.
  • An enhanced DBS; you can apply for this upon registration.
