Job summary

T&I Professional Services in Moray, Scotland, is seeking a Community Support Worker to provide personal care and daily living assistance in clients' homes. The role includes travel to clients and supporting medication per care plans, with a focus on nutrition and mobility to promote independence.

Flexibility is required, including evenings and weekends. A clean UK driving licence and a vehicle are essential; visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates, with approximately 40 hours

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK driving licence required.
• Access to a vehicle and willingness to travel to clients’ homes.
• Experience in health or social care; at least 6 months preferred.
• Willingness to undertake required training.
• Compassionate, reliable and respectful attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• GCSE or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Must meet UK work-authorisation and sponsorship requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities.
• Support clients with medication per care plans.
• Assist with meal preparation and nutrition.
• Help clients with mobility and encourage independence.
• Protect clients’ dignity, privacy, choice and safety.
• Work with colleagues, family members and other healthcare professionals.
• Work flexibly, including weekdays, evenings and weekends.
