Care Sante is looking for Care Assistants to join our teams in Herne Bay and Whitstable. Permanent roles with full-time or part-time hours (mornings 7am-3pm, evenings 3pm-10pm, alternate weekends) are available.

A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required to travel to service users’ homes. No prior experience is necessary as full training, paid induction, paid DBS checks, and ongoing funded qualifications are provided.

Responsabilités

• Help service users overcome mobility problems and use of aids/adaptations and personal equipment
• Domestic tasks such as making beds, tidying rooms, light cleaning, laundry
• Assist with personal care including washing, bathing and toileting
• Assist with eating and drinking by preparing meals and drinks
• Support with preparing and administering medication
• Potential involvement in end-of-life care as needed

We have an excellent opportunity for Care Assistants to join our Care Teams based in;

• Whitstable
• Herne Bay

We have opportunities of both full time and part time positions available. Working usual shift patterns of;

• Mornings 7am-3pm
• Evenings 3pm-10pm (there must be mainly evening shift availability)
• Alternative weekends

As a Home Care Worker you'll provide life-changing care and support that enables vulnerable adults of all ages to live fulfilling lives, within their own homes.

Job Description

• Helping service users overcome any mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including helping in the use of, and care of aids/adaptations and personal equipment.
• Domestic tasks such as making and changing beds, tidying rooms, light cleaning, laundry and emptying commodes
• Our home care assistants are responsible for assisting service users with personal care such as washing, bathing and toileting arrangements.
• Help with eating and drinking by preparing meals, snacks and drinks, assisting with feeding if required
• Support with preparing and administering medication.
• Contribute as needed to a person’s end-of-life care
