Home Instead in Birmingham is seeking CAREGivers to enrich clients' lives by helping them live safely and happily in their own homes. You will provide companionship, assist with non-medical personal care, and tailor services to each client's personality and needs.

No experience required as you will receive industry-leading training. You should be reliable, trustworthy and respectful, enjoying friendly interactions while following COVID-19 and PPE guidelines.

Each CAREGiver is carefully selected to suit our clients personality, interests and needs. You will help to enrich the lives of our amazing clients by assisting them to live safely and happily in their own homes. You will be providing a range of services from meaningful companionship to non-medical personal care, tailored to each client. Home Instead have a minimum of one-hour visits , meaning that our CAREGivers are not rushed. You have the time to provide the best person-centered care for your clients.

You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a CAREGiver, you will receive industry leading training.

You must be happy to follow company guidelines in like with COVID-19 and safe PPE practices.
