Job summary

Call-In Homecare Ltd in Cumbernauld is recruiting Home Care Assistants on shift patterns with guaranteed hours. No experience required; full paid training and ongoing support. Roles include mornings, evenings, and flexible bank shifts.

You will help clients stay independent at home in Cumbernauld, Kilsyth and Stepps, with competitive pay (£13.45/hour) plus holiday pay, mileage allowance, and weekly pay. A driving licence is preferred but walking visits are available.

Qualifications

• Kind, caring and compassionate people.
• Good level of English.
• The ability to commit to one of our contracted shift patterns.
• Full UK driving licence, your own car, and business insurance is preferred but walking runs are available.
• Experienced & non-experienced carers – everyone is welcome as we provide full training!

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily life tasks such as meal prep, medication prompts, and general domestic support.
• Provide personal care and support clients to take an active role in their care planning.
• Record and report daily visit information accurately.
