Job summary

CCH Group is recruiting for a caring role in Folkestone, offering a pay of £13.25 per hour and days shifts. You’ll provide close supervision and support in the community to ensure client wellbeing, communicating clearly with the client’s mother and care team.

The role requires a calm, patient and adaptable individual with experience in care and the ability to manage challenging behaviours. A vehicle is often necessary due to location and travel between clients.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the care sector is required.
• Ability to travel between locations with valid transport.
• Full training and paid induction provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide close supervision in the community to ensure client wellbeing.
• Respond calmly to medical situations such as seizures.
• Collaborate with the client’s mother and wider care team to maintain high-quality care.
