Carefound Home Care is seeking a Professional Care Assistant in Wetherby and surrounding areas. You’ll build relationships with clients to support them to live well at home, with training provided if you’re new to care.

• Be warm, patient and compassionate with a positive can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to clients.
• Assist with personal care and mobility.
• Assist with medication or specialist needs as required.
• Help around the home with housekeeping and cooking.
• Run errands and support clients with appointments.
