Prestige Nursing & Care Shrewsbury is seeking a Community Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes. The role is part-time with zero-hours contracts and pays £13.59 per hour. You will need excellent communication skills, a full UK driving licence, and the right to work in the UK.

Prior experience in community support is preferred but not essential, with training provided to join our local team. You will work to deliver person-centred care, meet physical, health, social and emotional

We’re looking for:

• Excellent communication skills
• A full UK driver’s licence
• You have the right to work in the UK (we do not offer any form of Sponsorship)
• Experience is required for this role
