Job summary

Call-In Homecare Limited is seeking dedicated Home Care Assistants to support clients in Hamilton, Blantyre and surrounding areas. This role offers guaranteed hours, full training, and a range of shift patterns including mornings, evenings, and bank shifts.

Join a leading Scotland care provider and help people remain independent at home while earning a competitive hourly rate and weekly pay. Prior experience isn’t required as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Kind, caring and compassionate people.
• Good level of English.
• Ability to commit to one of our contracted shift patterns.
• Full UK driving licence, own car, and business insurance is preferred but walking runs are available.
• Experienced & non-experienced carers – everyone is welcome as training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities including meal prep, medication prompts, and general domestic tasks.
• Provide personal care support as needed.
• Support clients to participate in planning and delivering their care.
• Record and report daily visit information accurately.

Skills

Good level of English

Compassionate and caring

Full UK driving licence (preferred)

Your Role as a Care Assistant in the Community

• Assisting our clients in all aspects of their daily life, i.e. meal preparation, medication prompts and general domestic support
• Assisting clients with personal care
• Supporting clients to take an active role in the planning and provision of their care
• Recording and reporting daily visit information accurately
