We're looking for a compassionate and dedicated Community Care Assistants to join our team in Bath and the surrounding area. In this rewarding role, you'll support individuals out in the community, helping them take part in activities, build independence, and develop confidence in their daily lives.

You'll provide person-centred care and support tailored to each individual's needs, promoting their well being and helping them achieve personal goals. Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills are essential, as every day will bring new opportunities to make a meaningful difference in someone's life.

Requirements

• UK licence and business insurance to take clients out in the community
• At least 1 year experience in a similar role
