Job summary

Radfield Home Care in Chippenham is seeking a Community Care Assistant to join our team and help older people remain independent at home. You don’t need previous experience; you’ll bring a caring personality, a full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle, and the right to work in the UK.

The role offers a guaranteed 35 hours per week and a salary from £24,000 to £26,000 per year. We are one of the Living Wage Foundation employers in Chippenham & North Wiltshire and offer benefits such as paid

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required.
• Must have a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centred in-home care to older clients.
• Support daily living activities and personal care as needed.
• Record and report on care provided and any changes in client condition.

You don’t need any previous experience to join our Radfield Home Care Team Chippenham as a Community Care Assistant. A great personality and good values are the most important attributes to deliver great care. You will need to be over the age of 18, have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle and the right to work in the UK. This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
