Qualifications

• Valid driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Support mobility and transfers to help clients move safely around their home.
• Help with meal preparation and light household chores to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
• Administer medication as per care plans and monitor health conditions.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce loneliness or isolation.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to supervisors.
• Drive clients to appointments or social activities, ensuring safe transportation.
• Follow care plans meticulously to meet individual needs and preferences.
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.

Community Care Assistant (HCABB1) Blackburn, England

Salary: GBP14.79 - GBP19.07 per hour + Plus Mileage

Prestige Nursing & Care East Lancashire are seeking ProfessionalCommunity Careworkers to join our growing team.

Join us if you are passionate about making a difference by supporting and caring for individuals in the community within theirown homes.

We provide all new members with our mandatory training programme, and further client-specific training where necessary. We offer our members a variety of work patterns with service users throughout East Lancashire.We can offer flexibility with either full time or part time hours.

The Role:

Tasks may include:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Hours

AM - 0700-1400 - Morning and lunch calls

PM - 1500-2200 - Teas and bed's

All members working homecare will be required to work across all areas below:

Requirements
