You will be able to add real value to the lives of vulnerable adults who rely heavily on our services and caring nature of our people. As a care assistant you will provide our wonderful clients with companionship, personal care, medication support, shopping, housekeeping and meal preparation.

Duties will include:
  • Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day
  • Personal care

  • Taking Clients for appointments or outings
Requirements of a Care Assistant:
  • Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to own vehicle
  • Be able to offer availability either early mornings (from 7am), afternoon (from 2pm) or evening (from 5pm) and every other weekend
  • Commit to attending a 3‑day training course
  • Live locally to Bishop's Stortford, Takeley, Dunmow, Braintree and surrounding areas
  • Have or be willing to obtain business vehicle insurance

If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, HCA, Health Care Assistant or in the NHS we would love to hear from you. However, if you do not have experience, we provide full training and encourage candidates from all sectors to apply, for example: retail sales assistant, customer service, hairdressers/beauticians, receptionist, administrator, cleaners, warehouse workers and delivery drivers.
