Qualifikationen

• QTS or strong tutoring/teaching experience.
• Experience supporting young people with SEND, SEMH or additional needs.
• A full UK driving licence, business use insurance and access to a vehicle.

Aufgaben

• Plan, prepare and deliver personalised 1:1 sessions balancing academic learning and emotional engagement.
• Help students reconnect with education at their own pace and build confidence and self-esteem.
• Develop knowledge and interests through AQA Awards and support progression to further education, college or work.
