You’ll head up regional hubs of Learning & Community Architects and Community Activation Specialists, shaping engagement strategies that are globally consistent yet locally loved.

Your Purpose

You’ll be the driving force behind regional practitioner activation, ensuring every initiative connects people to purpose while delivering measurable commercial outcomes. By partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, you’ll turn practitioner engagement into growth, retention, and advocacy.

What You’ll Do

Lead Regional Hubs: Inspire and guide teams, ensuring clarity, performance, and alignment with global strategy.

Activate Communities: Design and deliver locally relevant engagement strategies that increase awareness, adoption, and ongoing use of Insights products and learning journeys.

Drive Commercial Impact: Partner with Sales and Customer Success to grow practitioner networks, promote Insights Discovery Accreditation (IDA), and link community activity directly to account growth and renewals.

Collaborate Globally: Share insights and success stories with fellow Community Activation Managers, feeding regional innovation into global strategy.

Champion Change: Embed new ways of working across hubs, modelling adaptability, resilience, and curiosity.

Deliver Content & Experiences: Empower specialists to create engaging regional content and live practitioner events that amplify stories and strengthen connection.

Harness Data & Insight: Use practitioner feedback and metrics to inform decisions, demonstrate impact, and continuously improve.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience leading teams and delivering regional strategies within a global framework.

Ability to link community engagement to measurable commercial outcomes.

Skilled collaborator across functions, cultures, and international matrix environments.

Strong data literacy, with the ability to track performance and tell compelling stories of impact.

Experience in content, communications, or community platforms.

Success Measures

Practitioner engagement activities tied to renewals, product adoption, IDA growth, and community size.

Year-on-year improvement in practitioner satisfaction scores (NPS).

Regional innovations scaled globally.

Increased practitioner lifetime value across engaged accounts.

Positive feedback from cross-functional leaders on regional activation impact.
