A public sector agency is looking for a Communities Project Officer to oversee the delivery of new housing developments in Rugby. Spinwell is recruiting for a Communities Project Officer for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
Following the successful delivery and letting of 51 new homes in Phase 1, the Navigation Way development is now moving into Phase 2, which will complete the rollout of the remaining new properties and continue the expansion of the Council’s social housing stock.
The Phase 2 Project Officer will lead the coordination, delivery, and operational readiness of the remaining homes, ensuring the project continues to meet high standards of tenant experience, service integration, and stock growth efficiency.
The post holder will work across multiple teams—Housing Services, Allocations, Repairs, Assets, Communities & Projects, and Communications—as well as external partners and contractors. Their role is to ensure that properties, systems, contracts, communications, and tenant support arrangements are fully prepared ahead of each release of homes.
