The successful candidate will lead on a new complex of letting 49 new properties. The project officer will lead on sign ups, tenancy support for new residents, ensuring rent payments are in place and settling in new tenants to this new development. They will work across multiple teams ensuring the successful let of 49 properties and assist in building a new community.
