AI Tutor – Personality and Behavior Specialist

Commitment

9:00 am–5:30 pm PST during training, then aligned with your local timezone.

Role Responsibilities

• Use proprietary tools to label, annotate, and evaluate AI‑generated dialogues and behavioral patterns.
• Identify awkward or off‑putting tones and refine outputs to improve personality consistency and appeal.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop tasks that enhance AI conversational flow and humor dynamics.
• Support the creation of efficient annotation tools and workflows for behavioral modeling.
• Provide insightful feedback to help the AI develop lively, witty, and context‑aware responses.

Qualifications – Must‑Have

• Strong background in Communications, Creative Writing, Performing Arts, or a related creative field.
• Proven ability to refine tone, improve character alignment, and incorporate humor with excellent timing.
