A leading global technology company is seeking a Communications Manager to drive strategic communications and employee engagement initiatives in the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in internal communications, possess strong verbal and written skills, and be adept at creating multi-channel strategies. The role emphasizes collaboration with internal stakeholders and includes a hybrid work environment.
As Communications Manager, Regional Communications EMEA, he/she will play a vital part in support of driving a high achievement culture through the implementation of strategic communications that foster employee engagement, drive effectiveness, and contribute to business outcomes during our company's transformation in EMEA. Specifically, in this role, the manager will develop and execute strategic campaigns, create compelling content across various channels, and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to enhance NetApp's employee visibility and engagement through strategic campaigns and compelling content.
We are looking for an experienced communications strategist with previous internal communications experience to build regional internal communication strategies and incorporate them into the organization’s broader Enterprise Employee communication plan. These communications focus on supporting the EMEA region. Candidates must be able to develop and execute creative, successful multi-channel communications strategies for internal audiences and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. A high degree of creativity and technology domain knowledge is a plus.
As Manager, Regional Communications EMEA, he/she will contribute to strengthening NetApp's key business priorities and building a high achieving culture by fostering employee engagement, amplifying the NetApp narrative, and linking enterprise-level initiatives to their regional context.
This candidate will also be adept at understanding cultural nuances in the region. This position operates as an individual contributor.
