A prominent law firm in the UK seeks an experienced Communications Manager for a 12-month maternity cover position. You'll drive firmwide communications and content marketing campaigns, requiring previous law firm experience and expertise in managing external PR agencies. This is a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover position with responsibility for creating and driving firmwide, sector and service line communications. This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning team where you'll have the autonomy to plan, produce and deliver engaging, results driven content and campaigns.
This role requires a confident and experienced comms professional who can quickly integrate into the team and maintain ongoing projects. Previous law firm experience is highly preferred.
Mills & Reeve operates a hybrid model of working so while there can be an element of working from home you'll also be required to be based in one of our offices for at least half of your working week. Travel to other offices may also be required at some stage.
This role can be based out of our Birmingham, Cambridge, Leeds, Manchester or Norwich office.

You’ll be joining an established seven-strong comms team that forms part of a wider 60+ marketing team. The role requires close liaison with many people in the business, including partners, other lawyers and their executive assistants, the knowledge learning and development team, the ESG team, as well as external PR and design agencies.
