Our client, a large well established global pioneer in its industry, is seeking an Interim Communications Lead to work closely with their project team to support the recent acquisition and integration of a new business into the current operations. This role is a 6 month contract, based onsite at their Belfast site.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Hands on role in supporting an extensive change communications process
  • Building out communications and bringing local needs into alignment with the company's communications approach
  • Supporting the creation of internal communications tools and channels to support the onboarding of new colleagues
  • Delivering key messaging and communications materials during the transition phase
  • Interacting with the wider global communications team and public affairs team to manage consistent messaging to external audiences.
About you:
  • You will have had solid change communications experience and ideally supporting a company through acquisition or merger
  • You will have established experience in communications, both internal and external relations.
  • You will have a good understanding of Northern Ireland as an operating environment.
  • You will be able to define and hands on execute a comms plan
