Job summary

Allwyn UK is seeking a Communications Planning and Integration professional to coordinate an integrated timetable across Consumer, Corporate, Internal Communications, Brand & Marketing and Social Value. You’ll connect campaigns, content and priorities into a single plan and report on progress to senior leaders.

You will lead planning cycles, maintain roadmaps, support governance, and ensure messaging aligns with business priorities and audience needs across multiple teams.

A bit about the role

This role sits at the centre of the Impact function, responsible for ensuring communications activity is aligned, integrated and visible across teams. Reporting to the Planning Director, you will work closely with the Director of Communications, Chief Impact Officer and leaders across Impact to connect campaigns, content and priorities into a joined-up communications plan.

You'll play a critical role in coordinating planning cycles, maintaining communications roadmaps, supporting governance and leadership reporting, and ensuring communications activity is aligned to business priorities and audience needs.

Working across Consumer, Corporate and Internal Communications, Social Value and Brand and Marketing, you'll help maximise the reach, effectiveness and impact of communications activity while providing clear performance reporting and actionable insight to senior stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing

Communications Planning and Integration

  • Manage and maintain the Communications roadmap, ensuring activity is prioritised, connected and aligned across the Impact function.
  • Coordinate integrated communications planning across Consumer, Corporate and Internal Communications, Brand and Marketing and Social Value teams.
  • Identify opportunities for integrated, social-first and audience-led campaigns that bring together good causes, winners, social value and relevant cultural moments.
  • Facilitate collaboration across teams to develop and amplify stories relating to winners, good causes, social value initiatives and broader business priorities.
  • Monitor industry trends, audience behaviours and communications best practice to identify opportunities to increase reach and effectiveness.
Planning and Operations
  • Lead and coordinate annual, quarterly and ongoing planning processes across the Impact function.
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear activity plans, timelines and delivery roadmaps.
  • Support the Director of Communications and Chief Impact Officer with priority initiatives, leadership materials and cross-functional coordination.
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies and delivery challenges across multiple workstreams.
  • Build strong relationships across Communications, Marketing, Social Value and wider business teams to drive alignment and execution.
  • Support teams in ensuring communications activity and messaging remain aligned across audiences and channels.
Measurement and Insight
  • Lead KPI reporting across the Impact function, providing visibility of performance, risks, opportunities and progress against objectives.
  • Oversee campaign measurement and analytics tools, ensuring data is used effectively to inform future planning and decision making.
  • Translate communications, campaign and reputation performance data into meaningful insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
What experience we’re looking for
  • Significant experience in communications planning, integrated campaigns, corporate communications, public relations, corporate affairs or brand communications.
  • Experience gained in-house or agency-side within communications-led environments.
  • Experience developing and coordinating integrated communications plans across multiple audiences and channels.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Strong planning, organisation and project management skills.
  • Experience working across multiple teams and competing priorities in a matrix environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience translating data into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience supporting senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
