Communications and Human Resource Lead

The Communications and Human Resource Lead is a new role in the school and the successful applicant will be a key member of the school’s administrative team. They will be responsible for ensuring excellent communication in all areas of school life and across the school’s network; and to do so in a way that supports the Christian vision and educational mission of the school. Working closely with the Headteacher, they will oversee all HR in the school, supporting staff to focus on delivering excellent education within a Jesus-shaped environment.
