Want to make a real difference? Help us keep colleagues informed, engaged and inspired as we support our organisation through major change and transformation.

We're looking for a talented communicator to build on the great work already underway, leading our internal communications strategy and helping us take colleague engagement to the next level. From driving engagement around Local Government Reorganisation to supporting workforce priorities, you'll make sure colleagues understand what's happening, why it matters and how they can get involved.

Using data, insight and a strong understanding of our audiences, you'll create communications that connect and inspire. You'll be a trusted advisor to leaders, a confident storyteller and a skilled content creator, turning complex policies and change programmes into clear, compelling messages.

Working closely with our HR Team and colleagues across the organisation, you'll help shape the employee experience, strengthen engagement and ensure every voice is heard.

The role includes participation in an on-call rota (with additional payment).
