Job summary

Clearline Recruitment Ltd is assisting a growing consumer brand based in Worthing with the hire of a Communications Executive. This role focuses on shaping the brand voice across social media, content and influencer activity, and coordinating campaigns.

You’ll manage social content across TikTok and Instagram, build relationships with ambassadors, and support email marketing campaigns. A creative, fast-paced environment offers development across multiple brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, communications, social media or content creation.
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram.
• Confident creating engaging social media content.
• Comfortable appearing in front of the camera.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with influencer marketing, affiliate activity or brand collaborations would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support social media activity across TikTok, Instagram and other relevant channels.
• Create engaging reels, videos, imagery and regular social content.
• Act as a visible representative of the brand within social media content.
• Manage comments, direct messages and day-to-day community engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with ambassadors, influencers and affiliates.
• Support influencer partnerships, brand collaborations and giveaways.
• Research current trends and identify relevant opportunities for content.
• Help grow the online community through loyalty schemes, memberships and rewards.
• Support TikTok Shop and other social commerce activity.
• Assist with email content creation and marketing campaigns.
• Support campaign planning and creative asset production.
• Work closely with the Marketing Director on wider communications activity.
• Collaborate with the sales team to bring marketing ideas to life across retail and online channels.
• Support activity across sister brands where required.

Pay: £25,000 - £29,000 per annum

The Requirements

• Previous experience within marketing, communications, social media or content creation
• Strong understanding of platforms such as TikTok and Instagram
• Confident creating engaging social media content
• Comfortable appearing in front of the camera
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with a good understanding of current trends
• Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Confident engaging with online communities, influencers and brand partners
• Proactive, driven and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo would be advantageous
