The Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Communications Executive to support our communications team across internal and external communications. This is a hands‑on position for someone who enjoys writing, storytelling, and bringing ideas to life across multiple channels, and is looking to develop their career in corporate communications within a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across the team to help plan and deliver engaging content that connects our people, amplifies our brand, and strengthens our reputation. You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of communications disciplines in a supportive team that values learning, creativity, and collaboration.

Opportunities
Internal & Executive Communications
  • Draft and distribute internal communications such as newsletter articles, intranet posts, and leadership messages.
  • Assist with logistics and coordination for live and virtual events (Town Halls, Q&As, leadership sessions).
  • Maintain the internal communications calendar and ensure timely coverage of key initiatives.
  • Track employee engagement and feedback to help improve communication effectiveness.
Social Media
  • Support the creation, scheduling, and publishing of social media content across corporate channels.
  • Help manage the social media calendar, process content requests, and ensure alignment with company campaigns.
  • Contribute to employee advocacy and community engagement efforts.
General Team Support
  • Collaborate with teammates to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Contribute creative ideas to improve content and audience engagement.
  • Participate in team meetings and support ad‑hoc projects as needed.
Skills
  • 3+ years’ experience in communications, PR, or marketing.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and organisational skills.
  • A proactive, curious mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfort working with digital tools (e.g., social media platforms, SharePoint, Microsoft suite or similar).
  • A passion for storytelling and collaboration.
  • Ability to adapt communications across diverse regions and audiences.
  • Comfort with change, thriving in fast‑moving environments where priorities shift and context matters.
