Job summary

Sefton Council is seeking a experienced Corporate Communications & Marketing Lead to drive media relations, digital communications and integrated marketing across the Council. You will work closely with senior leaders to shape strategy, manage reputation, and deliver campaigns that engage residents and communities.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking and the ability to navigate a complex local government environment.

In this exciting role, you'll lead a talented team responsible for media relations, digital communications, marketing campaigns, reputation management and audience engagement. Working closely with senior leaders and services across the Council, you'll provide expert advice, manage complex communications challenges and help tell the story of Sefton's communities, services and major investment projects., Sefton Council strives to ensure that our workforce is inclusive and representative of our communities.
