Responsibilities
  • Develop and distribute engaging content across internal communications platforms, publications and social media channels.
  • Create, schedule and publish engaging content on the Trust’s social media platforms.
  • Source and write engaging content for the Trust’s internal communications channels.
  • Monitor social media interactions and messages.
  • Track social media engagement and produce monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Source, capture and edit images and videos for use across digital channels.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and suggest new ideas to improve engagement with communities across our area.
  • Assist with updating the Trust’s website content, including news stories, events and achievements.
  • Support the creation and distribution of digital newsletters.
  • Assist the planning, delivery and promotion of Trust events, campaigns and VIP visits.
  • Produce communications materials such as posters, flyers and digital graphics.
  • Manage the staff intranet Workvivo, ensuring requests are actioned, staff directory and content are regularly updated.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient daily running of the communications team.
Candidate Profile
  • Recent graduate in communications or multimedia, or returning to work after a break; previous experience may be limited.
  • Transformation experience, working in a communications team.
