A regional healthcare provider in Norwich is seeking an enthusiastic individual to support communications and engagement efforts. The role involves delivering weekly newsletters, supporting staff engagement events, and facilitating communication requirements for various projects. Ideal candidates should possess strong writing skills and a passion for communication. You will be part of a supportive and friendly team dedicated to making a positive impact in the community.
The post-holder will support with operational delivery and record-keeping of key communications tasks and projects. The post-holder will deliver communication and engagement actions, including weekly newsletters and supporting with engagement events for staff and stakeholders. It is expected that type of work undertaken by the post holder will change over time, as the portfolio of work changes. This role is open to staff who are keen to start a career in communications and engagement.Main duties of the job Timely triaging of communications and engagement customer requests using the department's workflow system Action opportunities to explain and promote NSFT services, developments, plans and initiatives. Deliver communication and engagement actions, which support and reinforce Trust's values and strategy. Ensure high-quality regular content for use across a range of channels, using highly engaging words, inclusive images and video. Develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and teams. Writing, proofreading and editing copy for publications and channels. Internal communication and engagement:
