Location: W12

Temporary: 3 months
Working Pattern: Full Time, 35 hrs Monday - Friday

Pay: 25.51ph

We are seeking a skilled communicator to manage alumni engagement across email, web, and social media channels. You will ensure alumni remain informed and connected through creative digital marketing, content creation, and community management.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver targeted email campaigns and newsletters, from copywriting to analysis, ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Maintain and update alumni web pages with engaging content and clear messaging.
  • Manage alumni social media platforms, developing content and schedules that support wider communications goals.
  • Oversee the alumni online community, creating interactive content and providing technical support.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to align communication strategies and maintain brand consistency.
