Hirecracker Built Environment is seeking a Communications Account Manager to join its London team. You’ll combine account management with strategic communications across a varied portfolio of property, planning and built-environment projects.

Ideal candidates will have 2–5 years in PR, communications or public affairs, with strong writing and relationship-building skills. Previous client management experience is essential, and hybrid working in London offers flexibility for a busy consultancy

Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ experience within PR, communications, public affairs or a related field.
• Previous client or account management experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Confidence working directly with clients and external stakeholders
• Experience within property, planning or the built environment would be advantageous but isn’t essential

ABOUT THE CLIENT

We’re recruiting for a specialist communications consultancy working with clients across property, planning, development and the wider built environment.

Due to continued growth, they’re looking for a Communications Account Manager to join their London team. You’ll work across a varied portfolio of clients, combining account management with strategic communications and campaign delivery.

Previous built environment experience would be beneficial but isn’t essential, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience within a specialist consultancy.

THE COMMUNICATIONS ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE

You’ll take ownership of day-to-day client relationships and help deliver communications strategies across a range of projects.
