Job Title: Communication Support Worker (CSW) • Location: Cambridge • Contract Type: Full-time, Term Time (37 hours per week) • Salary: £20,947 - £22,577 per annum (equivalent to £24,107 - £25,983 full-year)

About You / Qualifications
  • Holds a Level 3 qualification in British Sign Language (Signature, CACDP, SEG, or Scottish equivalent).
  • Ideally holds a formal Communication Support Worker qualification.
  • Has GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths.
  • Has experience working with individuals with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).
  • Is adaptable, empathetic, and confident working both independently and as part of a team.
