Communication Support Assistant - Immediate Start - Enfield - £95-£115 per day - Full Time - Long-Term

Are you a compassionate Communication Support Assistant eager to support pupils with autism and complex communication needs?

Do you have experience working with non‑verbal children or those needing tailored communication support?

Are you passionate about helping children with ASD reach their full potential in an inclusive environment?

The Role

As an Autism/Communication Support Assistant, you will provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with autism and complex communication needs. You will work closely with class teachers, the SEN team, and therapists to implement personalised strategies, support social, emotional, and communication development, and encourage engagement in learning.

Qualifications: Experience supporting pupils with ASD and complex communication needs.
