Job summary

Bradley David Associates is seeking a Communications Executive for a City of London role with a brand-new office. The position offers hybrid working, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, and an 8–12% bonus.

You will manage internal and external literature, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and engaging messaging across multiple journeys. The role requires coordinating approvals with Legal, Compliance, Technical, Product, and Distribution teams, and cross-functional collaboration to meet regulatory standards

  • Background in literature/content management, with familiarity working alongside legal, risk, or compliance teams.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update customer literature, ensuring all content is clear, compliant, and aligned with brand and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end approval process for literature, working closely with stakeholders such as Legal, Compliance, Technical, Product, Distribution, and external partners.
  • Manage assigned projects within agreed timelines, balancing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Conduct regulatory reviews to ensure all documents meet communication and disclosure standards, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Product, and Compliance to support shared goals.
  • Track, analyse, and report on literature performance to support continuous improvement.

Our valued client is looking for a Communications Executive to join there team in the City of London. This role is pivotal in fostering effective communication within the organisation, ensuring that all employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with our company's goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong public relations skills and a passion for creating compelling internal messaging that resonates with our diverse workforce.

You will support the development and management of the clients literature and content across a number of customer and adviser journeys, playing a critical role in keeping the business safe, ensuring content is accurate, compelling and meets the necessary regulatory requirements.

Summary:
