Job Title: Comms Platform Operations Lead/Specialist
Location: Hybrid- London
Salary/Rate: up to £450 per day INSIDE IR35

Job Type: Contract

We have an exciting new contract opportunity with one of our established clients. They are looking for a Comms Campaign Ops Specialist who has experience creating emails in Braze, is used to working within a squad and has Braze platform knowledge and experience.

Role Purpose

Execute, optimise and analyse CRM campaigns to enhance customer relationships and play a pivotal part in achieving our tier one KPIs and transforming VM02 into a digital ecosystem platform player.

Main Responsibilities
  • Campaign Execution: Plan, create, and launch CRM campaigns across diverse channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, content cards, in-app messages, and more, using Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of webhooks and the ability to build and segment audiences for seamless integrations with third‑party platforms for direct marketing and other use cases.
  • Maintain an awareness of company risks and threats.
Required Skills/Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional business experience.
  • 2–4 years in CRM campaign management, email marketing, or digital marketing operations.
  • Proficiency and hands‑on experience with Braze, Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and multi‑channel marketing tools (preferred).
  • Familiarity with campaign automation, audience segmentation, and reporting tools.
  • Basic knowledge of Liquid for customising email templates (preferred).
  • Understanding of email deliverability best practices and anti‑spam regulations.
  • Analytical skills: strong ability to evaluate campaign performance metrics and derive actionable insights to inform strategy.
