Every role contributes to that mission, whether you're engineering, driving sales, improving production, or supporting our customers.

You’ll support material planning enhancements and contribute to the development of procurement strategies aligned with short, medium, and long‑term business goals. This role offers a clear path to progression into a Commodity Manager position for the right candidate. You’ll be responsible for creating commodity strategies, managing supplier relationships, issuing RFQs and tenders, and identifying opportunities for commercial gain. You’ll also monitor market trends, negotiate contracts, and ensure supplier performance through scorecards and stakeholder engagement.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a commercially astute procurement professional with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role. You’ll have strong negotiation and supplier management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the confidence to influence outcomes across cross‑functional teams. A professional qualification in Purchasing or Supply (e.g. CIPS) or a relevant business degree is preferred.

Bonus if you have:
  • Business or Engineering university degree
  • Relevant procurement and engineering qualifications
  • Fluent English and proficiency in common IT systems
