We are a leading data centre developer delivering high-performance sustainable infrastructure to power the digital world. With a growing portfolio of hyperscale and colocation facilities across the UK and Europe we are expanding our team to support the successful delivery and commissioning of multiple new-build and expansion projects across the London area.
We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to oversee and manage the commissioning process from construction handover to client acceptance. You will be a key player in ensuring that MEP systems and mission‑critical infrastructure are delivered safely on time and to the highest performance standards.
Manage and coordinate the full commissioning lifecycle (Level 15) across all disciplines.
Develop and implement commissioning plans, schedules and procedures.
Work closely with design, construction, QA / QC and client teams to ensure alignment and smooth transitions.
Lead commissioning meetings, track progress and resolve technical issues as they arise.
Ensure all testing documentation and reporting meet internal standards and client expectations.
Oversee third-party commissioning agents and specialist contractors.
Champion safety and quality throughout the commissioning process.
Proven experience in commissioning roles within data centres, mission‑critical environments or complex MEP projects.
Deep understanding of electrical, mechanical and controls systems in data centre environments.
Strong leadership and coordination skills with a proactive solution‑driven approach.
Familiar with commissioning guidelines (ASHRAE / NIBS / BCA) and UK regulatory standards.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Degree or trade background in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering preferred.
