• At least one year’s experience as a Commis Waiter/Waitress is preferred.

What you will do:

• To thoroughly understand Four Seasons’ quality standards in food presentation, beverage and service and implement them.
• To communicate effectively with the Kitchen through regular contact before, during and after service.
• To ensure a clean, stocked station for the smooth running of assigned station.
• To prepare appropriate mise‑en‑place for Restaurant.
• To ensure the food pick up and service is impeccable and completed in a timely manner.
• To serve bar snacks according to correct service procedures.

What you bring:

• At least one year’s experience as a Commis Waiter/Waitress is preferred.
• Passion for service.
• Good communications skills with a good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a high paced environment.
