Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane are looking for a Commis Waiter/Waitress to join the team at our Michelin‑starred restaurant, Pavyllon London.

As our Commis Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for assistingthe Restaurant team to provide impeccable service at all times to guests in Pavyllon Restaurant.

What you will do:
  • Assist with setting up and clearing tables before, during, and after service

  • Support the service team by delivering food and beverages promptly and professionally

  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all service areas

  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests

  • Work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure smooth service flow

  • Uphold Four Seasons standards while learning and growing in your role

What you bring:
  • A positive, can‑do attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • A willingness to learn and grow within a luxury environment

  • Proficiency in spoken English

  • The Right to Work in the UK

Schedule and hours:
  • This is a full‑time position, contracted at 40 hours per week

  • Earliest start time will be 6am, and the latest finish will be around 1am

  • The restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week. Candidates must be flexible to work mornings, evenings and weekends
